How to Use

Our suggested regimen combines use of all three products together:

  1. Days 1 to 7, LED Kit: Apply 0.5ml of gel to the top and bottom of the trays, insert, and use for up to 10 minutes daily to accelerate your initial results.
  2. Days 8 to 21, Strips: Apply one strip to your upper teeth and one to your lower teeth, leave for 30 minutes daily, then remove and rinse for a deep, even finish.
  3. Ongoing, Powder: Use 3 to 4 times a week (or daily for the first two weeks) to maintain your results and keep stains at bay.
