1. Remove the plastic spacer from the battery compartment on the LED device.
   
2. Install the mouth tray onto the device and apply the gel.
   
3. Apply 0.5ml of gel to the top and bottom of the trays, along the marked line.
   
4. Insert the device and keep in mouth for up to 10 minutes.
   
5. Remove and enjoy your brighter smile.
